MCA has notified the Companies (Management and Administration) Amendment Rules, 2022 (“Amendment Rules”) amending provisions of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 pursuant to which particulars of the register / index / return in respect of the members of a company related to (i) address or registered address; (ii) e-mail ID; (iii) Unique Identification Number; and (iv) Permanent Account Number (PAN) Number, shall not be made available for an inspection under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
