The MCA has vide general circular clarified that the funds spent by Companies towards the activities undertaken for the “Har Ghar Tiranga” campaign of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav pertaining to production and supply of the Indian National Flag, outreach and amplification efforts and other related activities would be considered as eligible CSR activities in relation to promoting culture education.
